Stephen Lash - President Stephen M. Lash has over 20 years of experience in managing and implementing complex technical projects over a broad range of telecommunications platforms. Stephen started his career in telecommunications in 1988 with AT & T, as a telecommunications technician responsible for the implementation and maintenance of voice, network, and wireless platforms. During his career Stephen held positions in Project Management; providing design and engineering services of wireless and transport network technologies. As project manager he was responsible for the implementation of numerous large transport and wireless system initiatives across a multi-state enterprise environment. Before founding SignalNet in 2003 he worked for MasTec Network Services for 5 1/2 years he also spent 7 years with Datatec Systems Inc.
In subsequent management roles, Stephen provided oversight and direction in both operational and engineering environments. Among his notable achievements were the development of a successful outsource support model that provided critical telecommunications and data network support to corporate sites outside of the client's geographical boundaries and the deployment of a streamlined network certification process through which new applications were tested prior to being placed into production on the network. As project manager, Stephen was responsible for guiding and directing teams of engineering staff specializing in the development of enterprise-wide solutions for wireless, voice, video, data, and transport network technologies providing critical network and telecommunications services to internal corporate clients. His responsibilities included development of project plans for large projects, specifying goals, strategy, risk assessment, contingency planning and allocation of resources to meet project objectives.
Stephen established his private Communications Company in 2003 when he founded SignalNet Communications Inc. Since then, he has consulted with clients on a broad range of technical and project oriented initiatives. Point of Sale has become SignalNet’s signature service. |

Connie Bailey - CFO / Controller
Connie Bailey brings over 12 years of experience to SignalNet. Connie provides internal administrative support, records management and performs the Company's day-to-day office needs. She also provides Concierge and scheduling services for Clients. Connie is proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks.
Prior to joining SignalNet in May of 2005, Connie worked for Air System Components (ASC) from 2004 to 2005 where she was the Customer Service Manager overseeing a team of representatives to exceed set corporate goals as well as serving as an account representative to 20 accounts.
Prior to joining ASC, Connie worked at Daisytek International from 1997 to 2003 as a Customer Claims Team Leader and then as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Connie supervised, train the claims team and processed claims, as well as help resolved guest services issues on a daily basis. As Account Receivable analyst Connie assisted the A/R department through company liquidation.
Connie currently resides in St. Paul with her husband and Daughter. She enjoys video editing, photography and weight lifting. |
